Privacy Policy

Overview

Waymark Solutions is a one-person web design studio. This page explains what information I collect, how I use it, and what choices you have. I keep things simple and I don't do anything with your data that would surprise you.

What I collect

I collect information in two ways:

• Contact form submissions. When you reach out through the contact form, I receive your name, business name, email address, and phone number. That information is submitted through Netlify Forms and stored on Netlify's servers.
• Basic analytics. This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the site. GA4 collects anonymized data such as page views, general location (country/region), device type, and referral source. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.

How I use it

I use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your inquiry
• Communicate with you throughout a project
• Send relevant follow-up if you've expressed interest in a service

Analytics data is used to understand which pages are most useful, where visitors come from, and how to improve the site over time.

What I don't do

I do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your name, email, or any other contact details you provide will never be handed to another company.

Third-party tools

• Google Analytics 4. GA4 is used to collect anonymized site usage data. Google may process this data according to their own privacy policy. IP anonymization is enabled.
• Netlify Forms. Contact form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify. Netlify's infrastructure is used to deliver and store form data securely. You can review Netlify's privacy policy for details on how they handle that data.

Cookies

Google Analytics 4 uses cookies to distinguish unique visitors and track sessions. These are analytics-only cookies. This site does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or any cookies beyond what GA4 requires to function.

Data retention

Contact form submissions are kept for as long as they are needed to support your project or inquiry. Once that work is complete and there is no ongoing need to reference the information, I delete it. Analytics data is retained according to Google's default GA4 retention settings.

Your rights

You can request that I delete any personal information I hold about you at any time. To make that request, email me at sonnie@waymarksolutions.io. I will respond promptly and confirm when the deletion is complete.
